Conveniently located just 2.7km by car from the Post Office in downtown Margaret River, the coastal town of Prevelly with its glorious beaches and cafes is only a seven minute drive away.

 

The cottage itself is fully self-contained, with a well-equipped small kitchen, a comfortably furnished spacious dining/lounge area, and three bedrooms each with two king singles, accommodating up to 6 adults; or, alternatively, 3 king size beds for three couples. The modern bathroom and separate WC are immediately next door, accessed via the patio. There is a private outdoor barbeque area in the front of the unit, with a large wooden table and benches seating at least 8 people.

 

The cottage has its own entrance with off-road parking, and is offered good privacy from the main house due to its location at the rear of a large, half acre block. The outlook is towards fruit trees, small sheds, and a well-tended garden.
